Tuna Burger and French Shallot sauce

- 1 tuna steak
- 1 Kayser brioche bun
- 4 tbsp. of Mayo
- 2 tbsp. French Shallot (Herbs2) from Hydro Culture
- Fried mushrooms
- Sliced tomato
- Alfalfa/radish sprouts
- Cook the tuna steak in a pan and place on the Kayser bun.
- Prepare the sauce separately by mixing 4 tbsp. of Mayo with 2 tbsp. of French shallot.
- Spread the sauce over the tuna and add (to taste) fried mushrooms, tomato slice and Alfalfa/radish sprouts. Absolutely delicious!
