Tuna Burger and French Shallot sauce

Preparation: 20 min | Baking: 20 min | Portions: 4


  • 1 tuna steak
  • 1 Kayser brioche bun
  • 4 tbsp. of Mayo
  • 2 tbsp. French Shallot (Herbs2) from Hydro Culture


  • Fried mushrooms
  • Sliced tomato
  • Alfalfa/radish sprouts


  1. Cook the tuna steak in a pan and place on the Kayser bun. 
  2. Prepare the sauce separately by mixing 4 tbsp. of Mayo with 2 tbsp. of French shallot. 
  3. Spread the sauce over the tuna and add (to taste) fried mushrooms, tomato slice and Alfalfa/radish sprouts. Absolutely delicious!
