Turkey stuffed with Salted Herbs

Preparation: 20 min | Baking: 65 min | Portions: 4

Ingredient

  • Half Turkey breast deboned
  • 1/4 cup of dry cranberries
  • 1/2 apple (diced)
  • 2 cups of spinach
  • 1/4 Onion (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp of Hydro Culture Salted Herbs
  • 2 tbsp of Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp of Hydro Culture Salted Herbs
  • 1 tbsp of Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup of dry cranberries
  • Oregano 

Preparation

  1. In a frying pan, heat olive oil, Hydro Culture salted herbs, onion and apple. Fry for 3 minutes and remove from heat before adding cranberries and spinach. Mix well.
  2. Create a pocket in the breast to insert the stuffing (mixture obtained in the first step). 
  3. Then cover the top of the breast with 1 tbsp. olive oil, 1 tbsp. Hydro Culture Salted Herbs and 1/4 cup dried cranberries. Sprinkle with dried oregano. 
  4. Bake at 350°C for 1 hour.
