Turkey stuffed with Salted Herbs

Ingredient
- Half Turkey breast deboned
- 1/4 cup of dry cranberries
- 1/2 apple (diced)
- 2 cups of spinach
- 1/4 Onion (chopped)
- 2 tbsp of Hydro Culture Salted Herbs
- 2 tbsp of Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp of Hydro Culture Salted Herbs
- 1 tbsp of Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup of dry cranberries
- Oregano
Preparation
- In a frying pan, heat olive oil, Hydro Culture salted herbs, onion and apple. Fry for 3 minutes and remove from heat before adding cranberries and spinach. Mix well.
- Create a pocket in the breast to insert the stuffing (mixture obtained in the first step).
- Then cover the top of the breast with 1 tbsp. olive oil, 1 tbsp. Hydro Culture Salted Herbs and 1/4 cup dried cranberries. Sprinkle with dried oregano.
- Bake at 350°C for 1 hour.
