Salted Herbs Omelette

Preparation: 20 min | Baking: 15 min | Portions: 2

Ingredient

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tsp salted herbs (Herbs2) from Hydro Culture
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ½ cup mushroom
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • ½ yellow pepper
  • 1/2 tomato

Preparation

  1. Chop the peppers, tomato and mushrooms and fry them in a pan. 
  2. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the milk and salted herbs. 
  3. Add the eggs to the vegetables and cook in the pan.
