Salted Herbs Omelette

- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp salted herbs (Herbs2) from Hydro Culture
- ¼ cup milk
- ½ cup mushroom
- 1/2 red pepper
- ½ yellow pepper
- 1/2 tomato
- Chop the peppers, tomato and mushrooms and fry them in a pan.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs with the milk and salted herbs.
- Add the eggs to the vegetables and cook in the pan.
