
English Muffin Sandwich

Ingredient
- 4 open and cooked English muffin
- 1 avocado, peeled and crushed
- 50g Alfalfa Pousse Vert or Alfalfa Radish Pousse Vert
- 1 small tomato, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 4 tablespoons Ranch dressing
- 185g Oriental bean sprouts
- 4 tablespoons grilled sesame seeds
- 1 cup shredded cheddar
Preparation
- Preheat the oven on the broil setting. Place each English muffin facing up on a cookie plate. Spread the avocado and the other ingredients and finish it with cheese.
- Cook on broil for 5 minutes, or until the cheese is golden.
- Add the Alfalfa, dressing and the bean sprouts on each English muffin. Close and enjoy !
