Croutons & co.

  1. Preheat the oven at broil.
  2. Cut the bread in cubes and spread mustard on them. Place on a layer of alumium foil on a plate.
  3. Sprinkle some cheddar and golden in the oven.
  4. Add the alfalfa and radish sprouts.
