Crazy Pasta Salad

Preparation: 10 min | Baking: 15 min | Portions: 3



  1. Cook pasta.
  2. Meanwhile, cut tomatoes and zucchini, and finely chop red onion, parsley and basil.
  3. Mix everything in a large salad bowl and add sufficient olive oil.
  4. Once the pasta is cooked al dente, drain and pour into the bowl. Mix all ingredients until well blended.
  5. Allow mixture to cool slightly, and then add alfalfa sprouts.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix again.
