Bocconcinis with Tomatoes and Italian Mix Dressing

  • 1/4 Cup of Italian Mix Herbs 2 from Hydro CultureĀ 
  • 1/4 Cup of Olive Oil
  • A pinch of Pepper
  • Fresh leaves of BasilĀ 
  • 200 g of Bocconcini Medallion slices
  • 4 large tomatoes sliced


For the dressing, mix 1/4 cup Hydro Culture Italian Herbs2, 1/4 cup olive oil and a pinch of pepper. In a serving dish, alternate between bocconcini and tomato slices. Drizzle with dressing and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
