
Asian Salad seasoned with Asian Blend

Ingredient
- 1 chicken breast
- 2 tsp of Asian Mix (Herbs 2) from Hydro Culture
- 1 tbsp of Olive oil
- 1 cup of shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup of Hydro Culture bean sprouts
- 1 cup of shredded red cabbage
- 1/4 cup of chopped almonds
- 1/2 cup of Kumquat
- 1/2 cup of cilantro
- 3/4 cup of edamame
- 1/4 cup of orange Juice
- 1 tbsp of Olive oil
- 2 tbsp of soya sauce
- 3 Tbsp of Asian Mix (Herbs 2) from Hydro Culture
Preparation
- Season your chicken breast with 2 tsp. of Asian Herbs, 1 tbsp. of olive oil and grill in a pan.
- Place the grilled chicken in a bowl with 1 cup julienned carrots, 1/2 cup bean sprouts, 1 cup chopped red cabbage, 1/4 cup chopped almonds, 1/2 cup Kumquat, 1/2 cup cilantro and 3/4 cup edamame.
- In a separate bowl, prepare the dressing. Combine 1/4 cup orange juice, 1 tbsp. olive oil, 2 tbsp. of soy sauce and 3 tbsp. of Asian Herbs.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and enjoy!
