Asian Salad seasoned with Asian Blend

Preparation: 20 min | Baking: 30 min | Portions: 2

Ingredient

  • 1 chicken breast
  • 2 tsp of Asian Mix (Herbs 2) from Hydro Culture
  • 1 tbsp of Olive oil 
  • 1 cup of shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup of Hydro Culture bean sprouts
  • 1 cup of shredded red cabbage
  • 1/4 cup of chopped almonds
  • 1/2 cup of Kumquat
  • 1/2 cup of cilantro
  • 3/4 cup of edamame
  • 1/4 cup of orange Juice
  • 1 tbsp of Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp of soya sauce
  • 3 Tbsp of Asian Mix (Herbs 2) from Hydro Culture

Preparation

  1. Season your chicken breast with 2 tsp. of Asian Herbs, 1 tbsp. of olive oil and grill in a pan. 
  2. Place the grilled chicken in a bowl with 1 cup julienned carrots, 1/2 cup bean sprouts, 1 cup chopped red cabbage, 1/4 cup chopped almonds, 1/2 cup Kumquat, 1/2 cup cilantro and 3/4 cup edamame.
  3. In a separate bowl, prepare the dressing. Combine 1/4 cup orange juice, 1 tbsp. olive oil, 2 tbsp. of soy sauce and 3 tbsp. of Asian Herbs. 
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad and enjoy!
