- ½ baguette type bread, cut in cubes
- A little bit of mustard
- ½ cup shredded cheddar
- 50g Alfalfa radish Pousse Vert
- 50g Broccoli sprouts Pousse Vert
- Preheat the oven at broil.
- Cut the bread in cubes and spread mustard on them. Place on a layer of alumium foil on a plate.
- Sprinkle some cheddar and golden in the oven.
- Add the alfalfa and radish sprouts.
